MGP-D50A

 Data Sheet

This high performance polyether system is one of a family of polymer systems developed by Northstar Polymers designed to provide abrasion resistance, hydrolytic resistance, as well as some degree of structural rigidity.  Urethane elastomers molded with this system exhibit fine resolution of mold details, good performance in wet environments and good resistance to ultraviolet light.  This combination of features makes elastomers molded from MGP-D50A perfect for applications including patterns designed to transfer an image to wet surfaces including concrete and many custom applications. MGP-D50A also is appropriate for use in mining parts such as a filter sectors and bridge rings, as well as for use in load bearing parts such as wheels.

The actual mixing ratio at the operation may need to be adjusted based on the actual stoichiometric ratio calculation.  For machine mixing, calibration of the metering system is recommended before the new batch of raw material is used.
