Our Isocyanate Prepolymer Products
Northstar Polymers carries a variety of isocyanate terminated prepolymers. Our prepolymers are specially formulated for casting applications to yield ideal molding/casting properties and superb physical properties of the cast parts. We carry the following standard prepolymers as well as specialty prepolymers, and we also custom formulate for your requirements.

Custom Prepolymers
Aside from the above standard prepolymers, we can custom formulate prepolymers for your specific needs. We carry following raw materials to produce custom formulations***:

* ”Quasi Prepolymers” are cured with various specially formulated curing agents
** RTC= room temperature curable formulations
*** The federal environmental regulations may require registration of the prepolymer. The cost of regulatory clearance and time may become prohibitive for some custom prepolymer formulations. Please consult Northstar Polymers representative for custom formulation requirements.
