Microcellular Foam
Microcellular foams are type of foams that has closed cell structure with some flexibility and often with higher physical strength than open-cell flexible foams. It is typically higher density foam above 15 LBS/Cuft or higher. This class of foams are often used in heavy duty bumper/protector type applications. This class of foam is usually molded in a compression mold.
