Specialty Polyurethane Gel Formulations
Northstar Polymers has many years of experience in formulating polyurethane gel. Polyurethane is a very versatile material. We can modify polyurethane gel formulations to create specific effects.
Northstar Polymers carries many polyurethane raw materials to create specialty polyurethane gel formulations. Out of these raw materials, we can create many different types of polyurethane gel materials.
Examples of specialty effects include water resistance, high temperature stable, specific compression characteristics, long pot-life, and bio-base raw materials. Also, there are many filler materials you can use with polyurethane gel for specific effects. Fillers can be used to reduce the part weight, or improve fire retardant properties.

The federal environmental regulations may require registration of the new material. The cost of regulatory clearance and time may become prohibitive for some custom formulations. Please consult Northstar Polymers representative for custom formulation requirements.
