Basic Raw Chemicals For Polyurethane Formulations
Northstar Polymers can supply basic raw chemicals for various polyurethane formulations through our supply sources. Since we are born from a molding company with a long history in the industry, we have an extensive list of chemical suppliers.
In some cases, larger chemical manufacturers do not offer small quantities of their products. We can sell those in smaller quantities if we have them in stock. We may receive an offer for secondary quality materials at lower price, which users cannot buy directly from the manufacturer or their normal distribution system. We also have international supply sources, which may have better pricing than domestic suppliers. If you need a specific quantity of the material or an equivalent of it, we may be able to supply it at a lower price.
The chemical products we can supply include:
Isocyanates (MDI, pMDI, TDI, H12MDI, IPDI)
Polyols (Polyester, Polyether, Polycarbonate, and Polycaprolactone Polyols)
Catalysts
Cross Linkers and Extenders (1,4 butanediol, amines)
Additives, modifiers, and mold release
