4. Cure until the gel is solid.
5. De-mold the part.
6. Seal the gel by glue or heat-sealing method around the bottom of the flexible film to the hard insert.
7. Use mechanical fastener such as staples, screws, to attach the hard backing to the arm. ![]() 6![]() ![]()
1. Use a preformed PVC or polyurethane film and place it in
the mold. Films can be formed by vacuum forming etc.. Heat the mold to the recommended temperature if necessary.
2. Use metal or other hard insert and place it near the top of the mold if desired.
3. Pour gel polyurethane from the top. ![]() ![]()
