EASY ATTACHMENT — Rhino Hyde Urethane Spray Deflectors are designed to bolt directly onto 1-1/2” diameter and 3” diameter water pipes.  Each unit comes equipped with hardware for convenient installation.

 

CLEANS SCREENS MORE EVENLY — The spray deflector spreads the stream of water evenly over a wider area of the screen surface compared to the standard functioning of a water pipe without the spray deflector.  This gives you maximum washing and screening efficiency.

 

REDUCES WATER DAMAGE TO THE SCREEN DECK — The spray deflector eliminates damage to the screen deck caused by the constant penetration of a single stream of high pressure water.  This is because the Rhino Hyde Spray Deflector diffuses the water pressure so that the water is not exclusively focused on one small section of the screen.

 

SCREEN CLEANING USES LESS WATER — Eliminate multiple water pipes.  The spray deflector will diffuse the water over a wider area, thereby reducing the number of water pipes.

 

NO MORE PLUGGED SPRAY HOLES — A large diameter hole can be used with this spray deflector.  The small pin holes that cause the water to come out with high pressure can be opened.  Recycled plant water will not plug the larger opening with dirt and sand.
