           Dust Buster

The Dust Buster dust suppressor is a high performance device designed to control dust during ship, barge or rail loading while withstanding the abuse of handling free-flowing materials.  This suppression system is made of tough Rhino Hyde polyurethane to assure a long life and low maintenance.  Two sloping units are available, operating up to 30,000 bph and up to 60,000 bph at angles of 35° and 70°. 

A vertical unit or combination of vertical/sloping unit is available with operating ranges of up to 100,000 bph.  The sloping unit has bypass capability; open the bypass door and the product passes through to a wing tank adapter for easy loading of tankers.

 

The Rhino Hyde construction makes the Dust Buster almost impossible to damage.

Low weight to capacity ratio.

Simple to use.  Just open the access door for easy loading of tankers.

Most wing tank add-on pipes will fit using an optional wing tank adaptor.

No electrical or hydraulic connections; no internal moving parts to wear out.

Suppressor body and gate are modular urethane sections designed for easy and inexpensive repair or maintenance.

Model 30-I for up to 30,000 bph.

Model 60-I for up to 60,000 bph.
