Rhino Hyde Urethane Classifier Shoes are the solution to the abrasion problems inherent in screw conveyor applications, such as wet, grinding abrasion and corrosion due to handling chemicals. Rhino Hyde Classifier Shoes won’t rust or corrode like metal shoes because Rhino Hyde urethane will perform well in most chemical applications.

LIGHT-WEIGHT
Rhino Hyde Urethane Classifier Shoes weigh significantly less then steel shoes – almost 70% less. That makes them easier and safer to install, resulting in less back strain and fewer injuries. Because Rhino Hyde Classifier Shoes weigh less than steel or ni-hard shoes, there is less wear and maintenance on the motor, allowing a lower horsepower to be used.

“MEMORY”
When bent or distorted, the Rhino Hyde Classifier Shoe will return to its original shape, unlike metal shoes. Rhino Hyde shoes won’t shatter like ni-hard shoes when dropped, either. Because of its resilient formulation, Rhino Hyde shoes conform to the contour of the auger when bolted down.
