        Uramic                        

Uramic panels are the ultimate solution for severe abrasion problems in material handling. The Uramic panel combines the superior abrasion resistance of ceramic tile, with the impact resistance and resiliency of Rhino Hyde urethane. This product is specifically designed for use in extremely abrasive applications where two materials provide a higher degree of impact and abrasion resistance and the ability to withstand the abuse of hundreds of tons of material. 

Uramic panels offer a simple installation,without the mess caused by silicone or other adhesives. The solid structure of the panel ensures that the panel will remain in place, with no slipping or sliding due to product moving over the panel.

Uramic panels are the “worry free” and economical way to handle high impact/high abrasion applications.


COMPOSITION

Uramic panels are composed of high-alumina ceramic “hex” tiles embedded in urethane with an expanded metal backing. Bolts are molded into the urethane and protrude from the back side for easy installation. A specialized manufacturing process assures adhesion of the tile to the urethane.


READY TO INSTALL

No fabrication, cutting or machining is necessary to install this product. Uramic panels are manufactured in a modular design to the dimensions specified for each application. This eliminates costly labor, installation tools and waste. Typical modular panels range in size from one to nine square feet.
