Elevated Center Farrowing Floor With Removable Inserts Away From Danger Representing the latest technology in farrowing, the Tenderfoot Step II Safety Floor offers a bi-level design. The sow is elevated, encouraging the piglets to nest in the lower creep areas and away from danger.

Removable Inserts

Step Ii is designed with two open areas. Standard Tenderfoot is used for both inserts to provide conformable bedding. Both inserts are easily removed.

It’s Tough

The Step II frame is constructed of top quality welded steel. Tenderfoot/NS (Nursery Floor) is welded into the creep areas. Sturdy laterals placed under the center provide maximum support for the sow. The unique design of Step II allows the unit to span a full seven feet!

It’s Soft

The entire frame of Step II is coated with our exclusive strong-but-soft Tenderfoot plastisol. This provides "warm- to the touch" bedding for your sow and her litter. It also insures that Step II will remain in good condition for years.

Custom Sizes

Options

Legs are available for Step II when a freestanding floor is needed. The unit is also available without inserts.

Warranty

All Tenderfoot coated products are covered by a ten-year limited warranty. A Floorsaver Pad must be used under the sow for the warranty to apply.
